Future Ready Learning Program

MIT CISR's Future Ready learning program helps organizations develop their people and entrench the common language and evidence-based frameworks needed to drive digital business transformation.

The program includes modules hosted on the MIT CISR website complemented by cohort-based collaborative engagement. The program is available for use with employees at MIT CISR member organizations. Building on the book Future Ready: The Four Pathways to Capturing Digital Value by Stephanie L. Woerner, Peter Weill, and Ina M. Sebastian, the program explores the latest MIT CISR research on the topic in an engaging, multimedia-rich format designed to help learners retain and apply knowledge.
